Our adult classes will aim cater to novice and begginer levels of fitness. They can be used as an inroduction or re introduction to activity.

Our Kids classes will be into divided 2 groups using the Longterm Athletic Developement Model : Learning to train 10 -12 yrs and Training to Train 12-16 yrs. We are aiming to run our Afterschool classes every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
