Our adult classes aim cater to novice and begginer levels of fitness. They can be used as an inroduction or re introduction to activity. They are also a great way of supplementing extra sessions to compliment your Individual training (if already training with us). We track your progress and hep you to set short and Longterm goals to help keep you motivated! Our classes run every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7am and Saturday at 9am.

Our Kids classes will be into divided 2 groups using the Longterm Athletic Developement Model : Learning to train 10 -12 yrs and Training to Train 12-16 yrs. We are aiming to run our Afterschool classes every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
